This Youth Mental Health Awareness & Suicide Prevention workshop covers the following:

  • Psychological & Emotional (Mental) Health
  • Suicide Prevention
  • Fostering Resiliency
  • Vicarious Trauma vs Compassion Fatigue vs Burnout & Self Care  

This interactive workshop will engage participants in discussion, activities, and reflection.  

This workshop is offered 4 times:

  • March 7 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
  • March 21 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • April 4 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
  • April 18 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

This workshop meets the mental health & suicide prevention MN teacher licensure requirements.
