Growing Socially Responsible Black Businesses
Black.Inc.ubation is a networking group and intellectual incubation that aims to bring creatives of the African Diaspora together to create (art... businesses... encouragement... peace) in order to address and alleviate the impact of social and cultural issues and "leave our communities more beautiful and beneficial than when we inherited it". Creatives are people that create professionally or as a hobby; innovators, and people who think outside of the box​.

Black.Inc.ubation host bi-monthly gatherings aim to create an atmosphere of collaboration & serenity needed to induce creativity. Most gatherings are held at various, Black-owned and/or operated businesses throughout the cities.
